Within every heart,
there is a flame of faith
which must keep burning brightly
all along life's narrow way.

When we trust and never doubt,
the Lord will surely bring us out,
Jesus will safely guide us
as we trust in Him and pray.

The flame within can burn brightly
if we will only believe,
As we fan the flame,
God's promises we shall receive.

God's Word is a lamp shining brightly
to guide our feet on right paths,
It is a light in the darkness night,
To keep us from sin and wrath.

In this season of Christmas celebration
may we to Christ draw near,
keep the candle of hope burning,
until in clouds of glory, we see Jesus appear.

He's the reason for the season
the Morning Star who always shines bright,
Let Him be your candle when the night seems dark,
He'll led you safely home, by His guiding light.

So keep the candle burning
and clouds of doubt will soon disappear,
Never fear what tomorrow may bring,
as our God is always near.
