My Online Friends

I have some good friends, on the net,
That I've never seen or even met.
We never bother to ask about race or color.
We all just accept and love one another.

Some tell me their troubles, and I tell them mine.
Sometimes, I can't wait to see who is online.
Some live in other countries, outside the U.S.
But to have them as friends, I truly feel blessed.

Some are poor, while others are rich,
And some are in-between.
But, it doesn't matter, when I click on my mail
And their names show up on my screen.

We all share the same human feelings
Of love, with kindness and heartfelt concern.
They lift me up and bring a smile to my face,
And I bring one to them in return.

So, here's to you, my online friends!
I love you, each and every one.
Thank you for sharing your laughter and tears,
And the love of Our Father, and Son.

I dedicate this poem to all of my online friends:
You have really blessed me just
by knowing you, and my life is
so much richer because of it. I love you all!
